Steps
1. Soak the slices of veggie meat in water, squeezing and pressing a few times in between to change the water several times.
2. Fish out the sliced veggie meat after it is completely soaked, and squeeze out the water inside vigorously with your hands.
3. Cut the sliced veggie meat into two pieces, carrot and ginger into thin julienne strips, and cilantro into small pieces.
4. Place the sliced veggie meat in the dry starch, dip it evenly and shake off the excess.
5. When the frying pan is 90% hot, add the sliced veggie meat
6. Fry until the surface is crispy when pinched and pressed by hand, then remove from the frying pan and drain.
7. Use soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, cooking wine, sugar into a bowl of sauce to spare.
8. Leave a little oil in the pan, sauté the ginger, then add the carrots and stir-fry for a while.
9. Add the tomato sauce and stir fry.
10. Add the bowl of sauce and stir-fry well into the sauce.
11. Add the fried vegetarian meat.
12. The sauce will be the vegetarian meat coated well and can be removed from the pot.
