2, central and peripheral nervous system: insensitive, peripheral neuropathy, abnormal sensation, tremor, dizziness.
3, gastrointestinal system: loss of appetite, constipation, indigestion, dysphagia, diarrhea, flatulence, pancreatitis, vomiting, gingival hyperplasia.
4. General body: allergic reaction, fatigue, backache, hot flashes, general malaise, pain, rigidity, weight gain and weight loss.
5, musculoskeletal system: joint pain, joint disease, muscle spasm, myalgia.
6. Psychiatry: sexual dysfunction (male and female), insomnia, nervousness, depression, abnormal dreams, anxiety and personality disorder.
7, respiratory system: dyspnea, nosebleed.
8. Skin and appendages; Vascular edema, erythema multiforme, itching, rash, erythema, maculopapular rash.

The incidence of the following side effects is less than 0. 1%: heart failure, arrhythmia, premature beats, skin discoloration, urticaria, dry skin, dermatitis, myasthenia, convulsion, dystonia, migraine, cold skin, apathy, excitement, forgetfulness, gastritis, increased appetite, loose stool and cough.
