Method/step
Put about 1g of flour and 5g of water into a basin and mix well. There is not enough water in the process of kneading dough, so add it appropriately. If your hands are too sticky, you can dip them in some water.
spread some flour on the chopping board, take out the mixed noodles from the basin, put them on the chopping board, and let the noodles wake up for about ten minutes.
after waking up in person for about ten minutes, roll out the whole dough with a rolling pin and add some oil and salt to improve the taste. Put the oil and salt before rolling the dough.
roll it up and knead it into a big dough again, and then divide it into several small doughs of even size.

after preparing the dough, start to plug in the electric baking pan and put in the cooking oil.
when the oil temperature reaches 5% to 6%, put it into the crust.
when one side of the cake crust changes from white to golden yellow, it should be turned over in time, and the whole cake needs to be turned over about five times on the electric baking pan.
