1. Ingredients: half a head of lettuce, an appropriate amount of salt, three dry red peppers, one garlic, an appropriate amount of ginger, a small spoonful of vinegar, an appropriate amount of Sichuan peppercorns, and an appropriate amount of oil.
2. First wash and cut the lettuce into slices, mince the ginger and garlic, cut the dry red pepper into cubes, and remove the seeds from the dry red pepper.
3. Heat oil in a wok, add Sichuan peppercorns and fry until fragrant. Remove the Sichuan peppercorns.
4. Add dry red pepper, ginger and garlic, saute until fragrant, and add lettuce.
