Artificial jellyfish skin. Soak the pork skin in 55-65℃ water for more than 10 minutes, scrape off the fat on the surface of the pig skin, then soak the pig skin in a dilute hydrochloric acid solution with a pH value of 3.5 for 30 minutes to make it soft, then take it out and cut it into pieces.
