Seasoning: soy sauce 10g monosodium glutamate 3g salt 3g peanut oil 50g sesame oil 10g each.
Fried leek with dried bean curd;
1. Cut dried bean curd into filaments;
2. Wash leeks, control water, and cut into inches for later use;
3. Put the wok on fire, inject proper amount of peanut oil, heat it, put the dried bean curd into the wok, stir-fry for a while, take it out of the wok after it becomes soft, and put it on a plate for later use;
4. Reset the wok to high fire, pour in the remaining oil, add leek, soy sauce and refined salt, add dried bean curd, stir fry for a few times, add monosodium glutamate and sesame oil, and serve.
