Under normal circumstances, okra seeds can germinate in a week if they are well maintained. If seeds pass the dormancy period, they can germinate faster. Methods: Fresh, mature and full okra seeds were selected to accelerate germination, and then soaked at 25~28℃. After the seeds germinate, they can be planted in the soil for maintenance.
Seed planting of okra
1. Before planting, the seeds of okra need to be soaked in 25-30% water 12 hours. This can soften its seed coat, reduce its germination difficulty and improve its germination rate. 2. Preparing Flower Soil Okra prefers soft and plump flower soil, so vegetable soil, base fertilizer and fine sand can be fully mixed according to the ratio of 6:3: 1 as its flower soil. 3. Sowing method: Put the treated okra seeds on the surface of flower soil, and then cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil to moisten the flower soil. Finally, put it in a semi-cool environment at about 25℃ and wait for germination.
