1. Melt the butter in a pan, then pour in the flour, add yeast and sugar.
2. After adding milk and mixing, add one egg white, add butter egg yolk and mix, knead the dough with your hands until the surface is smooth, roll the dough until the surface is even.
3. Continue to knead the dough for five minutes, use a knife to cut out two cuts in the dough, and wrapped in plastic to ferment for two hours, after fermentation in the oven for twenty minutes to bake.
