Steps
1. Ingredients: squid head, zucchini, carrots, scallions and onions.
2. Wash zucchini, carrot, scallion and onion, peel and cut into pieces.
3. Wash and blanch the squid head.
4. Pre-cooked pork bone broth, add carrots.
5. Add zucchini.
6. Add onion.
7. Add the squid head, cover the pot and cook over high heat until the ingredients are cooked through.
8. Add Korean dashi and Korean chili sauce and bring to a boil over high heat.
9. Add the scallions.
10. Remove from heat and serve.
