Problem description:

Analysis:
Bad stomach can be divided into two situations, one is spleen and stomach deficiency and the other is spleen and stomach dampness and heat. There is no problem for people with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold, and people with spleen and stomach dampness and heat should not eat more.
