But why do many friends bake cakes at home, which are very dry and hard, and even worse after cooling? If there are old people and children at home and their mouths are not good, they can't eat at all. In fact, if you want the baked cake to be soft and multi-layered and not hard after it is thoroughly cooled, you need to master four skills.
1, dough mixing skills
When mixing noodles, you need to iron the noodles with boiling water, and mix the noodles with cold water, and then mix them together. Through this way, the noodles will taste better, softer and more delicious.
2, wake up
After the dough is made up, we need to wake up. When we wake up, the time should not be too short, especially now it is winter, and it is more difficult to wake up, so it takes at least 40 minutes to an hour.
3. Apply cooking oil
After putting the cake in the oil pan, we need to spread a layer of cooking oil evenly on the cake on the top layer, so that the baked cake is softer, not hard and tastes more fragrant.
4, pancake time should not be too long.
Pancakes, I feel that the cakes are bulging, and they are soft and multi-layered, so they can be quickly filled out. Don't burn it for too long, or it will become hard and not delicious.
Formula: flour, cold water, boiled water, salt, pepper powder and edible oil.
1, prepare the right amount of flour, and add the right amount of salt and pepper powder to it, so that it tastes more delicious. We divide it into two parts, one half uses boiling water to make dough, and the other part uses ordinary cold water to make dough.
2. After all are stirred into a flocculent shape, mix them together. After mixing, knead them into a smooth dough. After kneading, the following is ready to wake up. Cover it with a layer of plastic wrap to prevent water loss, and then let it stand for fermentation 1 hour.
3. Take out the dough, roll it into a thin round cake, apply proper amount of oil, sprinkle proper amount of dry flour, then cut a knife from the middle, roll it up from the incision, pinch it tightly after rolling, then arrange it into a circle, and then roll it into a round cake.
4. Pour the oil in the pan, then put the cake in, and then apply cooking oil on the top layer, and then start to bake the cake. In the process of pancakes, you need to keep pressing, turn over and fry another layer after bulging, and then you can go out of the pot until the other side is also bulging.
