Method 2: Stir-fried bamboo shoots with cherry blossom shrimp

Directions
1: In a hot frying pan, sauté the garlic, then add the cherry blossom shrimp and stir-fry (don't turn up the heat too much or it will burn easily)
2: Add the shredded bamboo shoots and green onion and stir-fry, then add the water (about 8 minutes of which is more than the shredded bamboo shoots), then add the soy sauce and mirin to taste (I did each one of them). Add soy sauce and mirin to taste (I add about 2 tablespoons of each), cover the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes (stirring every 3 minutes to make the soup evenly cooked)
2: Add the bamboo shoots and scallions and stir-fry lightly. Cook evenly)
3: Add chili peppers (if you like spicy food, you can add them before cooking in step 2, if you don't like spicy food, you can leave them out, I use them for color). Green onion (can also be used without color). Season with white pepper and mix well.
Practice 3, shredded meat stir-fried bamboo shoots

1: Bamboo Shoots Boil the bamboo shoots in cold water with the shells on, and add some raw rice; when the rice is cooked, the bamboo shoots will be cooked (the raw rice can also absorb the bitter taste of the bamboo shoots).
