Batch processing:
1 chicken (about 1 kg)
Glutinous rice 1/2 cups
2 fresh ginseng
6 red dates
4 slices of garlic
2 chestnuts (peeled)
Salt 1.5 teaspoon
Half a teaspoon of pepper
Features: Ginseng chicken soup is a soup that Koreans are used to eating in summer. Because it is rich in nutrition and can eliminate thermal fatigue, Korean quail chicken (virgin chicken) is used as the main material, and ginseng, red dates, glutinous rice and chestnuts are stuffed into the stomach. Ginseng chicken soup is not only delicious, but also can be used as the staple food of rice for a family, breaking the soft glutinous rice in the chicken belly and imitating it.
Exercise:
1. Soak glutinous rice in warm water for 45 minutes, drain the water, then add fresh ginseng 1, 4 red dates, chestnut meat, half a teaspoon of seasoning salt and pepper 1/4 teaspoons and mix well.
2. After the chicken is washed and drained, put the glutinous rice into the chicken belly.
