Ants climbing a tree, also known as minced meat vermicelli, is one of the special traditional dishes in Sichuan and Chongqing and belongs to Sichuan cuisine. Because the minced meat sticks to the vermicelli, it looks like ants crawling on the branches, hence the name.

Usually made of vermicelli and minced meat as the main ingredients, supplemented by auxiliary ingredients such as carrots, ginger, green onions, and bean paste.

The finished dishes are light in taste, smooth and delicious, bright red in color, and have a unique flavor when eaten.
