1, preparation of ingredients: a piece of pork belly is washed and cut into pieces of about 2-3 cm, and dried mushrooms are soaked in advance. 2. Put the meat pieces into the cold water pot, pour 1 spoon of cooking wine, blanch 1 minute after the water boils, take out and rinse off the floating impurities with hot water.
