1 tilapia, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 shallots, 1 coriander, 2 sweet peppers, 1 sliced ginger, 30ml of oil pepper, 30ml of balsamic vinegar, 25ml of soy sauce, 5ml of sesame oil, 2g of sugar and a little salt.
working methods
Remove gills, scales and internal organs of tilapia, remove the black film on the inner wall, wash, cut a flower knife on both sides of the fish, and marinate with salt, cooking wine and ginger slices to taste;
Slice ginger, chop garlic, wash and chop pepper, chopped green onion and coriander respectively;
Boil a proper amount of water in the pot, put the fish on the steamer, steam for about 7 minutes on high fire until the fish is cooked, and pour out the steamed fish soup (not the water in the steamer);
Put the onion, minced garlic and chilli together in a bowl, add the oil chilli, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, white sugar, salt and sesame oil, mix well to form a sauce, pour it on the steamed tilapia, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and parsley.
