Exercise:
Slice leg of lamb, add cumin, black pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce and starch oil and marinate for 10 minute.
Stir-fry the cooked mutton with less oil, stir-fry the onion in another pot, and stir-fry the mutton and cumin slices.
Stir-fry soy sauce, oil, salt and sugar, wash rice and spread mutton.
Add normal cooking water and wait for the cooking button. When out of the pan, add chopped parsley, shallots and sesame seeds and mix well.
