QS certification is required, and grain packaging must comply with the requirements of GB/T 17108-1997 "Grain Sales Packaging".
Grain packaging refers to the processing of uncooked (or incompletely cooked) food using grains as raw materials. Rice, wheat flour, and noodle products among processed grain products shall be reviewed in accordance with the corresponding production license review rules. Other processed grain products shall be subject to the "Detailed Review Rules for Production License of Other Processed Grain Products".
There are three application units for other processed grain products: processed grain products; processed grain grinding products; and finished grain powder products.
Cereal processed products refer to grain products made from grains, such as sorghum, millet, brown rice, black rice, etc., through cleaning, shelling, rice milling (or no rice milling) and other processes.
Cereal milling products refer to grain, flour, and flake products made from shelled raw grains that have been ground, ground, pressed, etc., such as corn mash, buckwheat flour, oatmeal, etc.
Cereal powder products refer to uncooked (or incompletely cooked) products that use cereal milling powder as the main raw material, add (or not add) auxiliary materials, and are processed according to different production techniques. Shaped foods, such as raw noodles, dumpling wrappers, macaroni, rice noodles, etc.
The name of the certified product and the application unit should be indicated on the production license, that is, other processed grain products (processed grain products, processed grain milling products, and finished grain flour products). The production license is valid for 3 years and its product category number is 0104.
