Ingredients: 1 chicken
Accessories: salted chicken powder 1 bag, 2 tsps of cooking wine, sesame oil 1 tsp, 5 onions, 2 parsley, and ginger 1 small piece.
Exercise:
1. Wash chicken, onion, ginger and coriander, cut onion into sections and slice ginger.
2. Mix the marinated chicken powder into paste with sesame oil, leave one-fifth dipped, and apply the rest on the inside and outside of the chicken. After a little massage, put it in the refrigerator for one night.
3. Put some oil on the inner wall of the electric pressure cooker and put a layer of ginger and onion.
4. Put the chicken on the onion ginger and pour in the cooking wine.
5. Turn to the "Cooking" button and stew for another 20 minutes when the time is up. If you are not sure, you can poke the thickest part of the meat with chopsticks to prove that the chicken is cooked.
6. After the chicken is cooled, chop it up and code it, and you can eat it. Pour the roasted chicken juice into the wok, add the remaining salted chicken powder, mix well, boil, pour it on the chicken pieces or dip it when eating.
7. Sprinkle with onions and coriander.

1, chicken must be marinated in advance to taste.
2. The salted chicken powder already contains salt, so it is unnecessary to add salt.
