Tools/materials: 300g of wax gourd, 20g of minced meat/kloc-0, 5g of onion and 7g of garlic.
1, chopped green onion, garlic slices and wax gourd peeled and sliced.
2. Pour oil into the pot, add minced garlic and minced meat, and stir-fry until it becomes discolored.
3. Pour in the wax gourd slices and stir well.
4. Pour in water and stir well.
5. Add chopped green onion and serve.
