Steps
1. Wash the bitter gourd, cut it into 4~5 centimeters length, and then remove the seeds and dry it for use.
2. Mince the pork; soak the dried shiitake mushrooms and chop them; wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for two hours, then strain and dry it. Minced meat, shiitake mushrooms, glutinous rice, chopped green onion, salt and pepper all together and mix well.
3. Put the steaming rack in the pressure cooker, add water, add water until it is as high as the steaming rack, then put in the rack slices.
4. Stuff the filling into the bitter gourd. Stuff them one by one in the pressure cooker. Once you have a good layer, sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the top.
5. Yard the bitter melons for steaming.

Tips
The filling stuffed into the bitter melon when you press a little pressure, not too loose, if the stuffing is not solid, easy to fall out of the filling during the cooking process.
