Frying water bag practice:
1. Materials: 200 grams of flour, 50 grams of mixed grains, 150 grams of pork, 500 grams of fennel, 2 grams of yeast, 4 grams of salt, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 5 grams of vegetable oil;
2. Add warm water to the flour with yeast, first make flocculent noodles, while adding water to make a smooth dough. If you don't like coarse grains, you can just use white flour;
3. Sliced meat (cut in the store), add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 gram of salt, a little pepper and chicken broth, mix well and set aside;
4. Wash the fennel, and control the water;
5. Chopped minced meat (in the picture this is still a little bit long, and can be chopped more finely if you cut it well). Mix it with the meat, add 3 grams of salt, 5 grams of vegetable oil, a little chicken essence and sesame oil, mix well;
6. Ferment the dough to 2-3 times the size, poke a hole, do not shrink or collapse;
