Simple kimchi method?
Ingredients: Chinese cabbage 5000g, apples 250g, pears 250g, radishes 500g, beef soup 1500g, onion 250g, garlic 250g, refined salt 150g, Chili noodles 150g, monosodium glutamate 50g, and its preparation method: 1.
