Required materials: red dates, black rice, yam and eggs.
Specific practice: soak black rice for one night in advance, and beat it with yam, red dates and eggs until it is fine and particle-free. Brush the mold with thin oil, pour the rice paste, shake off the bubbles, add plastic wrap to poke a few holes, steam in the pot for 20 minutes, stuffy for 5 minutes, and let it cool and demould.
