Step 1: soak the sea cucumber (2-3 days)
Dry sea cucumber is hard in the process of light dry sea cucumber soaking, so it is necessary to soak the sea cucumber soft. First, wash the dry sea cucumber and put it in an oil-free container (oil will shrink the autolysis of the sea cucumber). Then add pure water (don't use tap water) to completely soak the sea cucumber (adding ice cubes to the water is better). Then put it in the refrigerator and change the water every morning and evening (every 12 hours), which usually takes 72 hours to soak.
Step 2: Go to Shazui.
What is the sea cucumber's sand mouth? Remove the sand mouth and take it out of the refrigerator. There is a small opening in the abdomen of the sea cucumber. Cut it along the abdomen with scissors. One end of the sea cucumber has sea cucumber teeth, which are hard to feel and small white particles. Remove the mouth and teeth plate of the sea cucumber. Because it is a wild sea cucumber, there will be a little sand hidden under the sea cucumber tendon, so be careful when cleaning it. Cut all the sea cucumber tendons into several sections with scissors, so that the sea cucumber can grow bigger. There are several white stripes in the cavity of sea cucumber, which are sea cucumber tendons. Sea cucumber tendon is nutritious and edible.
Step 3: Cook in the pan (30-60 minutes)
Boiling sea cucumber is the key step of soaking sea cucumber. When cooking, you should also use pure water, put it in a pot with cold water, and cook it for about 30-60 minutes on low heat after the water is boiled. You can also use a rice cooker with porridge cooking function to cook soup, hit the porridge cooking stall and cook for an hour. Cook until it can be inserted through with chopsticks. After the sea cucumber is cooked, don't hurry to open the lid. After the water boils, the pot is sterile, and the sea cucumber can be better cooked in the natural environment. Cover the lid and stew until it is naturally cool (about 2 hours).
Step 4: soak the sea cucumber (2 days)
The sea cucumber needs to be soaked with ice cubes. Take out the sea cucumber in cold water, put it in a container filled with ice water, put it in a refrigerator at 0-4 degrees, continue to soak for 48 hours, and change the water every 12 hours. The water temperature of soaked sea cucumber should be maintained at 0-5℃, and once it is too high, it will cause peeling and slag dropping. During the period, you can observe the degree of sea cucumber soaking, depending on your taste. If it is well-made, you can take it out and eat it. If it is not well-made, continue to soak it.
Step 5: Store.
Storage method of sea cucumbers Sea cucumbers can be fished out and eaten after being soaked. Take out the excess sea cucumbers, and it is recommended to put the drained sea cucumbers into the freezer and store them frozen. When you eat it next time, thaw it.
