Materials used
Flour
120g
Warm water
50 to 60g
Baking powder
3.5g
Sugar
Moderate
Steps 1
Prepare a large bowl. Dry one without any moisture. Then put the flour in it, then the baking powder and sugar, and stir to mix.
The flour is plain flour, that is 405.
Backpulver was used for the baking powder, although baking powder baking powder is translated as this, and after testing it proved to be baking powder.
Step 2
Pour in the warm water evenly, then mix well to form a dough. Cover the bowl with a slightly damp cloth and put it in a warm place (I put it next to the heater) for 10 minutes.
Step 3
This step should not be kneaded or pressed hard, it's not the same as yeast!!!! Divide the flour into four parts, and then use the dumpling technique to gently form a ball. (
Step 4
Place the steamer on the rack or bamboo cage and steam directly when the water is cold, then steam for 20-30 minutes. (I use a rice cooker.) Then it's ready to eat.
You can also refrigerate it overnight and steam it for a few minutes early the next morning.
