How to make XO sauce?

Ingredients

Equal amounts of scallops, dried shrimps, whitebait, ham, oil, bean paste, blended oil, very fresh and equal amounts, 1 head of garlic

Method

1. Spread the garlic head, chop it into small pieces, and dice the ham.

2. Soak scallops, dried shrimps and whitebait in warm water for ten minutes.
