2. Pepper deseeded and cut into strips, shallot cut into pieces, garlic sliced.
3. Boil water in a pot, and when the water boils, put the dried cuttlefish into the pot to sear for 5 minutes. Scalding well out of the water.
4. Heat the frying pan, put the garlic slices into the pan sautéed.
