Ingredients: ribs, half a pound of potatoes, and one and a half onions.
1- Fried ribs. Pork ribs need to be boiled in water before frying to remove meat residue. Then put oil in the pot, not too much oil, put rock sugar (or sugar) when it is not hot, fry the bubbles and add the ribs. Stir fry together.
2- Add onions. Stir-fry for a while, then add seasonings such as onion, ginger, garlic and pepper.
3- After frying for a while, add water. No more than twice as many ribs.
After 4- 30 hours, add the chopped potatoes and stew together.
Stew 1 hour is almost enough.
