2 fresh chilled steaks, onion 1 piece, green pepper 1/2 pieces, red sweet pepper 1/2 pieces, and 2 tbsp oil.

A. 1 teaspoon of white powder and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. B 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, sesame oil 1 teaspoon, sugar 1 teaspoon, wine 1 teaspoon, 2 teaspoons of water and white powder 1 teaspoon.
The way of doing things
1. Slice the steak and add seasoning A to taste. Drain the oil and put seasoning B in a small bowl.
2. Shred green pepper, red pepper and onion, and heat them on an iron plate.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil, stir-fry onion, then add green pepper, red pepper and beef, pour in seasoning B and stir well, then transfer to a wooden plate.
