Children's wind-cold cough usually evolved from wind-cold cold. If you feel the evil of wind-cold, your child's early symptoms will generally be fever, stuffy nose and runny nose. If the cough symptoms are not serious, it will generally be diagnosed as wind-cold cold.
However, if it is accompanied by frequent cough, aggravated cough, runny nose and no red throat, it may also be diagnosed as wind-cold cough. If you cough according to wind-cold, you should treat it by clearing away heat, relieving exterior symptoms, relieving cough and resolving phlegm, so you should add some massage at these acupoints to relieve cough and resolving phlegm.
The first step of massage operation is to clear lung and calm liver. The liver meridian is located on the thread surface of the index finger, and the lung meridian is located on the thread surface of the ring finger. Push the index finger and the ring finger with your thumb from the finger root to the finger tip. 1 to 3 minutes.
The second step is to massage Feishu point. Feishu point is located on the back, under the spinous process of the third thoracic vertebra, and it opens 1.5 inch. Press kneading, tapping and pushing respectively for 3 to 5 minutes.
The third step, lung-purging method. Sit on the thigh with the child in your arms, and hold the child's chest and back with your palms in front and back. From top to bottom, push, rub and pat the vibration in turn. The above steps are repeated for 3~5 times.
The fourth step is to rub the foreign labor palace. Wailaogong point is located on the back of the hand, between the second and third metacarpals, and 0.5 inch behind the metacarpophalangeal joint. When operating, pinch and knead Wailaogong point with thumb or forefinger for one minute.
Step five, take the vacancy. Lieque points are located on the radial side of forearm, above the styloid process of radius, and at 1.5 inch on the wrist transverse striation. When operating, hold the child's wrist with one hand, and the thumb and forefinger with one hand are stuck at Lieque point and the ulnar side of the wrist respectively, and both hands are held in coordination for 30-40 seconds.
Step 6, take the wind pool and the neck to clamp the ridge. Fengchi point is under the occipital bone, at the depression between sternocleidomastoid muscle and the upper end of trapezius muscle, one on the left and one on the right. The Jiaji point of the neck is located on both sides of the midline of the neck, and the lower edge of the spinous process of the first to seventh vertebrae is opened by 0.5 inch. When operating, use thumb and fingers, take the wind pool and the cervical spine, and hold them from top to bottom to the plane of the big vertebra in turn. 1~2 minutes.
