When placing the last one, bend it down a little, press an indentation in the middle with chopsticks, and then rub a thin one as a cannon ball, and put some water on it. Let's rub a white pig's head with white flour, press the pig's nose with a small bottle cap, and cut the dough into small squares. Let's cut it in the middle and use toothpicks.
Nine, French fries steamed bread
Production process: on one side of the rectangle, cut off a triangle, which looks like this when it is disassembled. We take a yellow dough and roll it thin, and then roll it into a rectangle, and then cut it into noodles as thick as possible. Take a piece of green dough, roll it into thin skin, cut it into wide strips, and then cut it into thin sharp corners. Take five sharp corners and arrange them into pentagonal shapes, and put some water on them.

Production process: take a piece of medicine, knead it, roll it into dough, put some bean paste in it, close it and knead it round, hold one end by hand, while rubbing it, gently press it down, roughly press the outline, then gently put it aside with a knife, squash the dough, cut out two ears with scissors, stamp the outline of the nose with a small bottle, tie out two nostrils, take two pieces of white dough with the same size, and wipe it with water after flattening.
Tips:
1, the steamed bread made by us, if it needs to make a beautiful shape, usually needs to be proofed twice after shaping. If it is not proofed twice and steamed directly in the pot, it is very easy to deform and go out of shape, which is one of the reasons why you don't look good after steaming. The proofing time depends on the temperature. 2. When steaming on the pot after the second wake-up, use hot water instead of cold water.
