2 tsp yeast; 1 tsp honey; 200 ml warm water; 2 cups flour; plus flour for kneading; 2 tbsp olive oil.
Method:
1. Mix yeast, honey and water and let rise in a warm place for 10 minutes until bubbles form.
2. Put the flour in a large bowl, dig a hole in the center, pour the yeast mixture and oil into it, and mix the flour to form a dough.
3. Knead by hand for 5-7 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a large oiled bowl, wrap in plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 240 degrees.
2. Punch the dough with your hands to release the air. On a lightly floured board, divide the dough into two pieces and roll each piece with a rolling pin into a thin, 25-cm diameter pie and place on a lightly oiled pizza pan.
3. For the tomato sauce, mix the chopped basil leaves with the minced garlic and spread evenly on the pizza base, leaving a border of about 2 centimeters around.
4. Shaved slices of mozzarella and buffalo cheese are spread on top, sprinkled with parmesan cheese and sundried berries.
5. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted, the base of the pizza is crispy and the surrounding area is golden brown
6. Remove from the oven, drizzle with a few more drops of olive oil, sprinkle with the basil leaves and serve immediately, while still warm.
