Steps
1. Wash the ingredients, and marinade shredded meat in a little sweet potato flour with a good amount of scallions, ginger, and wine. Mixed marinated for fifteen minutes, raw melon, onion slices, mushrooms cut into pieces.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the shredded pork.
3. Stir fry the meat quickly until it starts to change color.
4. Add the onion slices and stir-fry for a few minutes.
5. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for about a minute.
6. Add water and boil.
7. Add the raw melon and stir well to cook for a while.
8. About a minute or so, add a little soy sauce.
9. Turn well and cover to simmer until the juice is half dry.
10. Turn off the heat and add a pinch of salt.
11. Use the remaining heat to stir-fry evenly for about half a minute.
