Main Ingredients: Beef Ribs
Accessories: preserved beef spices, red currant rice powder, spice packet, salt, water, green onion, ginger.
Tools: cutting board, kitchen knife.
Step 1: Wash and cut the prepared beef ribs into cubes and set aside.
Step 2: Marinate the cubed beef ribs in brine for 12 hours.
Step 3: Set up a pot and add water, spice packet, red currant rice powder and salt to the pot.
Step 4: Continue to add the prepared scallions and ginger to the pot.
Step 5: Add the 12-hour marinated beef ribs to the pot.
Step 6: Turn on the heat and simmer for 4 hours.
