The practice of frosting cookies at the wedding
Roll the butter biscuit dough into 0.3cm dough, and print your favorite pattern with a mold (if you are worried that the biscuit will bulge when baking, you can punch a few holes in the biscuit with a fork in advance).
Put the biscuits in a baking tray covered with oil paper, bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes in the middle layer, and then set aside to cool.
Cut a part of white soft candy and knead it, add a little pigment to knead the whole soft candy into light purple, roll it into a thickness of about 0.2cm, and print the shape with a mold.
Continue to add a small amount of pigment and knead it into deep purple, and repeat the action in step 3.
Dissolve 20g soft candy in water, add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly, which is used as the adhesive between biscuit blank and soft candy.
Apply some glue to cookies or fudge with a small brush and press it a few times.
Beat the egg whites into big bubbles, then add the powdered sugar and continue to beat them evenly with electric egg beater. A frosting for pasting pictures on soft sweets was made.
After all the biscuits and fudge shapes are bonded, put the pastry in a paper bag and use your imagination to draw the pattern you want. After the frost is dry and hard, it can be put into packaging bags separately.
