Specific Steps
First Steps
1. Wash the beef, cut it into long strips about 5cm wide along the grain, drain the water, and evenly rub fine salt on the front and back of the beef jerky with your hands (use salt to suit your personal taste, and you can do it twice with a heavy mouth)

2. About a week after the air-drying is complete you can start baking, oven racks brush a layer of oil, air-dried beef jerky evenly on the top, a thin layer of oil brushing

3. baking tray wrapped in tinfoil placed in the oven on the lowest level, preheat the oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes, then put the racks into the middle of the layer. 220 degrees up and down the fire for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, look through the window and watch the fat part of the jerky turn golden and oil spill out, then grill for another 2 minutes

4. Place on kitchen paper towels to absorb the oil and serve, or store in an airtight jar in the fridge for freshness
