Li Tiegang, a native of Beijing, enjoys the honorary titles of International Master of Cooking, Master of Chinese Cooking, and Master of Chinese Healthy Cuisine. He is currently the vice chairman and honorary president of the IFBA International Catering Association, CEO of Beijing Red Wall Wedding Banquet House, and program consultant of the "Daily Food" column.
