Li Tiegang, a native of Beijing, enjoys the honorary titles of International Master of Cooking, Master of Chinese Cooking, and Master of Chinese Healthy Cuisine. He is currently the vice chairman and honorary president of the IFBA International Catering Association, CEO of Beijing Red Wall Wedding Banquet House, and program consultant of the "Daily Food" column. He was also awarded the Le Cordon Bleu by the French Association of Chefs and the Doctor of Gastronomy by the Food Association. The highest honorary chairman of the Far East District, he was selected into the list of authoritative chef elites such as the 100 Elite Chefs of Culinary Chefs.
