Ingredients
Chicken wing tips/chicken middle wings, half a catty/8 pieces
Three or four slices of ginger
One whole minced garlic
4-5 chilli padi
3 tablespoons of salt
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of chicken powder

How to prepare chicken wing tips
Thaw chicken wings and wash them
Slice ginger
Chop the garlic
Cut the chilli padi into small pieces
Add water to the pot, bring it to a boil and add the chicken wing tips, ginger and cooking wine. After blanch for three minutes, rinse with cold water.
Pour the cooking wine into the pot, bring it to a boil, add the chicken wing tips, and add water to cover the chicken wing tips. Pour in the seasoning.
After the water boils, turn down the heat and simmer slowly for about 40 minutes. The chicken wing tips are soft and delicious.
