Specific steps
first step
Chop the beef into stuffing, chop the onion, and put less. I said it a little too much. Stir the onion, ginger and beef in a basin. Put some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, and keep stirring clockwise. I used a spoon to squeeze out beef balls. I can also put disposable gloves or fresh-keeping bags in my other hand and put them on a plate for later use.
Second step
