Water 150ml
Tapioca flour 100g
Sugar 30g

Mix 100g of tapioca with 30g of sugar and 150ml of water
Keep mixing until there are no lumps and then add a spoonful of jam
Place in a steamer and steam for 18 minutes
Take out and let it cool down or put it in the freezer section of the fridge

Tips
