It is currently the only Yoshinoya fast food chain in the world. A company with no Japanese background or equity.

Shanghai Yoshinoya Company is a joint venture established in 2002 by Shanghai New Asia Group and Japan's Yoshinoya ***. It is controlled and operated by the Japanese side, and the general manager is Japanese.

Shenzhen Yoshinoya, which just opened a Yoshinoya fast food restaurant in Shenzhen last year, is independently operated by the Japanese Yoshinoya brand. Previously, the Shenzhen market was first favored by the Hong Kong Hung Group, the "owner" of Beijing Yoshinoya Company, and has repeatedly applied to Japan for development by the Hong Kong Hung Group. However, due to various reasons in Hong Kong and Japan, the Shenzhen market was not taken over by the Hong Kong Hung Group, but was directly taken over by the Japanese masters.

Beijing Yoshinoya Company has no Japanese equity, so it is strictly restricted by Japan and is only allowed to open regional stores in Beijing, Hebei, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia and other places.
