1. Wash the bought bighead carp for later use.
2. After the bighead carp is cut into pieces, add ginger slices and garlic.
3. Then add red dates and lobster sauce.
4. Then add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, corn flour and oil and mix well.
5. Put the fish pieces into the plate and set them.
6. Boil the water in the pot. After the water is boiled, add bighead carp and steam for 15 minutes.
7. Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving.
