The method of crispy marin sugar
1. oven preheating 100 degrees to 1 10 degrees (there will be a certain temperature difference depending on the oven). Prepare ingredients.

3. Start egg whites with electric egg beater. When the protein begins to turn white, 1 spoon 1 spoon should slowly add sugar until the protein has been beaten into a dry/hard foam.
Spread a piece of baking paper on the baking tray.
4. Transfer the custard to oil paper with two spoons, or squeeze the custard into a satisfactory shape with a piping bag. Put it in the oven for 60 minutes.
Decorate with jam.

2. If the oven is overheated, the meringue will not be white when baked, but will turn yellow or pink. This will still happen if the temperature of the oven at home is set to the lowest. You can use a piece of wood to open the oven door slightly.
