1. Make tea
2 grams of Ruidan Cordyceps sinensis, soak it in boiling water at 8℃ for several minutes before drinking. Can be brewed and drunk repeatedly, and finally, take out the Ruidan Cordyceps for eating. You can also add 1 gram of American ginseng slices and 1 gram of Lycium barbarum according to your personal taste, mix and brew, or brew with Pu 'er, Tieguanyin and other tea leaves.
2. Making soup
1. Cordyceps duck soup: 1-15g of Ruidan Cordyceps, 1 duck and 5 slices of ginger.
Method of preparation: the duck is depilated, eviscerated and washed, and the Ruidan Cordyceps and ginger are stewed in the duck's belly for 2-4 hours, and seasoned with salt.
2. Stewed pigeon with Cordyceps Flower Gum: 5-1g of Cordyceps Ruidan, 35g of Flower Gum, 1 pigeon and 4 slices of ginger.
Method: Pigeons are unhairing, eviscerating, washed, soaked in flower gum and sliced. All the raw materials are put into a stew pot, stewed with water for 2-4 hours, and seasoned with salt.
3. Cordyceps black-bone chicken soup: 1-15g of Ruidan Cordyceps, 1 black-bone chicken, 1g of lean meat and 8 red dates.
Preparation method: the black-bone chicken is cleaned, cut into pieces, stewed with other raw materials in a stew for 2-4 hours, and seasoned with salt.
4. Stewed Sydney with Cordyceps and Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae: 5-1g of Cordyceps Ruidan, 8g of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae and 1 Sydney.
Method: Peel, remove the heart and cut the Sydney into pieces. Put all the raw materials together in a stew pot and stew for 2 hours, then take the soup to drink.
3. Steamed food
1. Steamed chicken with Cordyceps: 5-1g of Ruidan Cordyceps, 1 chicken, a little ginger and onion.
Method: Cut chicken into pieces, shred ginger, chop onion, soak Ruidan Cordyceps with proper amount of warm water, and steam it on a plate together with chicken pieces and other raw materials.
2. Cordyceps steamed meat pie: 5-1g of Ruidan Cordyceps and 3g of pork.
Method: Soak Cordyceps Ruidan in a small amount of warm water, chop it with pork, add proper amount of salt, make it into patties, and steam it before eating.
Fourth, make porridge
1 grams of Ruidan Cordyceps, 5 grams of lean pork, and 1 grams of rice (millet)
Method: cut the pork into thin slices, and cook Ruidan Cordyceps, millet and pork with medium fire until the water boils, then turn to slow fire for about 1-2 hours, and season with salt.
5. Soak in wine
6g of Ruidan Cordyceps and 1kg of high-grade grain wine, soak in a jar in the shade for 1-3 months before drinking. 25-5ml each time, and it is better to drink before going to bed.
