Seasoning:
Chopped green onion, Jiang Mo, minced garlic each 1 spoon, steamed fish and soy sauce 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 spoon, a little pepper and a proper amount of vegetable oil.
Practice:
1, prepare materials, and wash the baby cabbage for later use.
2. Cut a baby cabbage into 6 petals.
3. Blanch the cut baby cabbage in boiling water until it is 5 minutes cooked.
4. Pour oil into a wok, heat it to 60%, add chopped pepper, Jiang Mo, minced garlic, oyster sauce and steamed fish and soy sauce, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
