2. Tools/raw materials: meat, green peppers, raw flour, soy sauce, dried peppers, ginger and garlic, dried bean curd, sugar, chicken essence and salt.
3. Method/Step: Shred the shredded pork, add soy sauce and flour, grab and marinate evenly 10 minute.
4. Boil the oil in the pot, fry the shredded pork in the pot and remove it for later use.
5. Heat oil in another pot, add dried pepper, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add dried bean curd and green pepper, soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence and salt and stir fry 10 second.
6. Finally, add shredded pork, stir well and serve.
