Recipe: 1 apple (medium), 1 carrot (medium), 15 ml lemon juice, 10 ml honey. Method of preparation:
1. Wash apples and carrots, cut into pieces the size of soybeans. Apple cut pieces placed for a while easily discolored, so cut should be immediately after the juice, or soaked in 2 to 3% salt water.
2. Separately, the chopped apple, carrot into two layers of gauze, with a hard object pressure, squeeze out the juice, into the same glass.
3. Alternatively, put the apples and carrots into a tissue masher at home and mash out the juice. Strain through gauze and fill a glass.
4. Add lemon juice and honey to the carrot-apple mixture and blend well.
Method 3
Ingredients: 100g carrot, 1 apple, 1/2 grapefruit, 30g ginger, 5g fructose.
Methods:
1. Wash the apple, peel, cut in half, remove the core and cut into pieces; grapefruit peeled, peeled into slices, cut into small pieces; ginger peeled, sliced and spare.
2. Wash the carrots, peel, cut into small pieces, and apple pieces, grapefruit, ginger into the juicer into juice, pour into the cup and stir well.
3. Add fructose to the cup and mix well, then drink.
