The cream melts first. My personal habit is to put a porcelain bowl and steam it with a rice cooker. Leave a gap in the lid and steam it in the outer pot with water less than1/4m cup. After steaming, take it out and mix well, and let it warm for use. Prepare a steel basin, add coconut milk and whole eggs, beat well with an egg beater (not electric), then add melted butter that is not very hot and stir. First put the low flour and powdered sugar in the same bowl, then sieve them into a steel basin and beat them with an egg beater until there is no dough.
Because the eggs are big and small, the fresh milk is added last, and it can't be added all at once, so the batter won't be too thin. First add 1 tablespoon and mix well, then slowly add the remaining 1 tablespoon. Today, I filled two tablespoons. The final batter will not be too thin or too thick. When the batter drips from top to bottom, it will spread itself, and it will stop when it is spread to a certain extent, with a certain thickness. It will not be as thick as too thin water, so the baked cake will not look good.
After the egg paste is ready, put it in a plastic bag (I will put a mug on the bag and stir it with a spatula), cut a small mouth in the corner, and then preheat the oven for 180 degrees 10 minutes.
This kind of pancake is not suitable for baking paper. Take a flat-bottomed baking tray and squeeze the batter directly, which is about the size of 10 yuan coins. The distance between each batter is about 2.5~3 cm. When baked in the oven, it will spread out, and if squeezed too close, it will become conjoined twins. When squeezing a plate, sprinkle a little black sesame powder on each batter, then put it in the oven and bake it for 7-8 minutes at 170 degrees, 160 degrees. The outer ring is coming out soon.
I am too lazy to sprinkle black sesame powder in an empty jar sprinkled with pepper, so the spilled sesame powder will not be concentrated in the middle of the cake. More careful sesame powder can be held by hand and may be concentrated in the middle. When the non-stick baking tray is taken out, the cake will not stick, but it can be poured on the kitchen paper towel to cool down, and then the baking tray can be thrown out to dissipate heat.
