Ingredients
One salmon
Moderate butter
Two tablespoons of flour
One tablespoon of salt
One tablespoon of black pepper
Half lemon
Steps to make the dish
(1) Wash the salmon and remove the scales, head, tail and fins.
(2) Fillet the fish in half from the backbone.
(3) Add salt and black pepper to the flour and mix well.
(4) Place the filleted fish into the flour and coat with flour.
(5) Add butter to the pan, I used vegetable butter, but it will be more flavorful with animal butter.
(6) Once the butter is softened, heat until the butter foams.
(7) Add the salmon and heat over medium-high heat.
(8) Flip after about two minutes and saute for about three more minutes.
(9) Remove from the pan and squeeze lemon juice over the salmon.
Tips
When frying the fish, be sure to pay attention to the heat to avoid frying.
